[Case 1] Service Port IP Address Failed to Be Pinged for T Series and Sx900 Products
Symptom: The IP address of the service port cannot be pinged for T series and Sx900 products, where the front end is in iSCSI networking.
The service port carried services are interrupted, and the IP address of the service port cannot be pinged.

[Case 2] Reboot Slowing Down and LUN Error Reported for S5600T Interconnecting with a VMware 5.0 Host
Symptom: An S5600T is connected to a Dell blade through a switch board. The Dell blade is upgraded from VMware 4.0 to VMware 5.0. Before the upgrade, the blade works properly. After the upgrade, the blade reboots slowly, consuming 20 to 30 minutes, and LUN errors are reported during the reboot process.

[Case 3] S5500T Failed to Be connected to Brocade HBAs
Symptom: The S5500T cannot be connected to a Dell R910 running Windows 2008 and equipped with a Brocade HBA.
The array port indicator is off, and the server cannot detect LUNs.

[Case 4] Performance Exceptions and Single-Link Down in iSCSI Bonding Mode of S2600T
Symptom: Two iSCSI ports are bonded on each controller of the S2600T. LUNs are mapped to a Windows server to build the file system. Files are copied to LUNs at a rate of 1.6 Mbit/s.
1. The rate of copying files from a Windows server to a LUN is small, only 1.6 Mbit/s.
2. The IP addresses of bonding ports are correctly configured on both controllers. However, after both controllers are correctly connected, only controller A can be pinged. After the cable of controller A is removed, controller B can be pinged.

[Case 5] Power-On Failure for S3900 with a Controller Replaced
Symptom: An S3900, having a controller replaced, cannot be powered on.
After a controller is replaced, the new controller cannot be powered on, and the system cannot work in dual-controller mode.
