End of Service & Support Announcement for OceanStor VIS6600T

Dear Customers,

Huawei announces the end of life of OceanStor VIS6600T.

Customers will continue to receive support from Huawei for the OceanStor VIS6600T until June 30, 2019 (Product EOS). Please note that service calls for this product that are made after the EOS date will be regrettably declined by Huawei. Meanwhile, FAQ will continue to be available for your browsing and download for another year, from the product EOS date.

End of Marketing for new site. The EOM (newsite) date is the date from which the acceptance of the POs for new deployments will be rejected. The product is not sold any longer after the date.

End of capacity expansion marketing. After the EOM(component) date, the capacity expansion of the product will be rejected.

End of Service and Support. After the EOS,
Huawei does not provide software problem
 analysis services.

June 30, 2019

Huawei suggests that you use the replacement product, which has similar features and capabilities but optimized functions. We will continue to provide high-level services for your new product.
