eDesk Pro is a lightweight maintenance tool developed by Huawei for enterprise datacom products. Compared with eDesk, eDesk Pro supports a maximum of 5000 manageable NEs (500 supported by eDesk), 50 concurrently collected NEs (10 supported by eDesk), IPv6 (not supported by eDesk), and multi-task management (single-task management supported by eDesk). eDesk Pro is designed for maintenance engineers and channel partners. With tool automation and experience standardization, it can improve the preventive maintenance inspection (PMI) capability and O&M efficiency, helping frontline engineers quickly resolve difficult problems in routine O&M.
