What Can I Do If Active Alarms Are Abnormal After All Inverter Data Is Cleared?
Symptom
After you choose
for an inverter and access the screen of the SmartLogger, the inverter active alarms cannot be automatically cleared. After the alarms are manually cleared, the alarm information cannot be found in the historical alarm list.Solutions
- Delete the inverter whose data has been cleared.
- Log in to the FusionSolar SmartPVMS and choose .
- Search for the inverter, select it, and click Deleted to delete the inverter as prompted.
- Add the inverter again.
- Connect to the SmartLogger on the app and log in to the local commissioning screen of the device.
- Select Monitor and tap Search to add the inverter.
