Failed to copy Key.

Possible Causes

In the source version, the GRSA key pair file was saved in the security directory in the system memory card. The private key was saved in the <label>_priv.pem file, and the public key was saved in the <label>_pub.pem file. In the target version, the GRSA key pair was saved in the NOR FLASH. The private key was saved in the <label>_priv.pem file, and the public key was saved in the <label>_pub.pem file. During the upgrade, the GRSA key pair file deleted from the system memory card was saved to the NOR FLASH.

  1. Check if slave is normal and has enough free space in its flash.
  2. If the problem still continues, Collect log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
