hwTrngPeriodicTable
This table is used to create a periodic time range, which is a sub-time range. There are two types of sub-time ranges: periodic time ranges and absolute time ranges.
The indexes of this table are hwTrngPeriodicNameIndex and hwTrngPeriodicSubIndex.
