Placing the Device
- Install devices only by professional personnel. Do not install devices without permission.
During device installation, the installation professional personnel needs to inform the user of how to log in to the web configuration page and scan the QR code to view the Quick Start documentation. The IP address, login user name, and password of the web configuration page need to be provided to the user.
- Do not use detergents, gasoline, ammonia water, or corrosive chemical reagents to clean the device.
- The tools and auxiliary materials that are not delivered with the equipment must be prepared by professional personnel.
- Before using the device, read Safety Information carefully. Follow these precautions and instructions to ensure optimal product performance and to avoid danger and legal or regulatory violations.
- Do not install the ONT and user cables outdoors or in an outdoor cabinet.
- The ONT can be mounted onto a wall or placed on a desk. Do not install the ONT in other modes, such as ceiling.
- Keep 10 cm clearance on all sides to ensure adequate ventilation.
- It is recommended that the computer and ONT be put far away from electric appliances that generate strong magnetic or electric fields, such as microwave ovens.
- When operating optical fibers, pay attention to the operation safety according to the following laser hazard level.
