When an endpoint is activated to Huawei Cloud Meeting, the enterprise service of the endpoint is automatically connected to the IdeaManager platform. If you forget or do not set the web login password, you can perform the following operations to log in to the IdeaManager platform and deliver the web login password to the endpoint:

1. Open a browser, enter bmeeting.huaweicloud.com in the address box, and press Enter to log in to the Huawei Cloud Meeting management platform.
2. In the navigation tree on the left, choose Meeting Room Devices > Intelligent Collaboration Devices > Team Collaboration Boards. The team collaboration boards details page is displayed, as shown in Figure 9-2.

3. In the list, find the endpoint to which the web login password is to be delivered, and click ⋮ in the Operation column on the right.
4. In the expanded menu list, click View Details. After authorization, the IdeaManager platform is displayed.

After logging in to the IdeaManager platform, you can use the Deliver Configuration function to deliver the web login password to the endpoint.

1. Click Endpoint Management on the left menu bar and find the endpoint to which the web login password needs to be delivered.
2. Verify that the Status column on the right is Online, indicating that the endpoint is properly connected to the network.
3. Click Deliver Configuration in the Operation column. On the page that is displayed, choose Security > Web|SSH.
4. Enter the web login password to be delivered in the Administrator Password text box and enter the password again for confirmation.

   You are advised to enable Mandatory Password Change. When a user uses the delivered password to log in to the web interface for the first time, the user is forced to change the password to enhance account security.

5. Click OK. When a risk message is displayed, click OK again. The web password is delivered to the endpoint. You can use the administrator account admin and the new password to log in to the endpoint web interface.
