Overview
The FusionSolar Smart PV Management System (SmartPVMS) is a software system used for monitoring and maintaining PV systems. It aims to display the current and historical status of PV plants in a comprehensive manner. It also provides functions such as intelligent alarm reporting, analysis, diagnosis, and maintenance to help customers improve the power generation efficiency and reduce the maintenance cost, achieving refined management and improved profitability.
Obtaining Account Passwords
- Owner
An owner account is created by an installer. The owner needs to provide personal information required for creating the account, such as an mobile number or email address. After the creation is complete, the system will send a registration link to the owner via sms or email to complete the registration.
- Installer
- Open the browser, enter https://intl.fusionsolar.huawei.com in the address box, and press Enter. The login page is displayed.
- Click Installer Registration. The Installer Registration page is displayed.
- Sign up as an installer as prompted.
- Both the mobile number or email address and username entered during registration can be used to log in to the FusionSolar SmartPVMS.
- The installer account is the company administrator account.
- If your company has registered an account in the FusionSolar SmartPVMS, contact the administrator to add you to the user list.
Logging In to the FusionSolar SmartPVMS
- Open the browser, enter https://intl.fusionsolar.huawei.com in the address box, and press Enter. The login page is displayed.
- Enter the username, mobile number, or email address, and password, and click Log In.
- When a new user logs in to the system for the first time or after the privacy policy is updated, the user needs to agree to the terms of use and privacy policy to log in to the system.
- If you need to change the password after login, keep the new password secure. To ensure account security, change the password periodically and keep the new password secure. Not changing the initial password may cause password disclosure. A password left unchanged for a long period of time may be stolen or cracked. If a password is lost, the SmartPVMS cannot be accessed. In these cases, the user is liable for any loss caused to the plant.
- For security purposes, you are not advised to make your browser remember the password.

Move the pointer to on the home page and choose Log Out from the drop-down list.
