PWR1 Indicator of power module 1 - Off The PWR1 slot has no power module installed, or the power module is faulty when a single power module is used.
Green Steady on A power module is installed in power module slot 1 and is working normally.

  • Dual power modules are installed but are not switched on.
  • Dual power modules are installed but receive no input power.
  • The power modules are faulty.
PWR2 Indicator of power module 2 - Off The PWR2 slot has no power module installed, or the power module is faulty when a single power module is used.

Yellow Steady on
  • Dual power modules are installed but are not switched on.

SYS System status indicator - Off The system is not running.
Green Fast blinking The system is starting.
Green Slow blinking The system is running properly.
Yellow Steady on An exception occurs in system operation, for example, overheat and function failure.
Yellow Blinking The device is in sleeping mode.
Red Steady on The system does not work normally after registration, or a fan alarm or a temperature alarm has been generated.

  • The power of the PD exceeds the power capacity of the port or the configured power threshold.
  • The total power consumption of PDs has reached the maximum power of the device.
  • The manual power management mode is used, but the port is not enabled to provide power to the PD.
- ETH indicator - Off The ETH port is not connected.

Green Blinking The port is sending or receiving data.

MODE Mode switch button of service port indicators

By default, a service port indicator works in STAT mode.

Press the MODE button once to switch to the SPED mode, press the MODE button again to switch to the PoE mode, and press the MODE button a third time to switch to the STAT mode.

If you do not press the button within 45 seconds, the service port indicators restore to the default mode.

Heat Dissipation System

The heat dissipation mode of the device is forced air cooling. Hot air is exhausted from the fans at both sides, and air is intake from other hollow holes.
