Power Normalization

Power Normalization

To intuitively measure the energy yield efficiency of plants and devices, power normalization is required to display the power in a unified manner so that users can view and compare the data. Power normalization refers to the ratio of power to installed capacity. A larger value indicates a higher performance ratio. It can be used to analyze low-efficiency power generation scenarios.

Prerequisites

The string capacity has been configured. For details, see Setting String Details.

Today's energy yield data is displayed on the page only after the energy yield signal is reported by the SmartLogger.

Procedure

  1. Choose Monitoring > Monitoring from the main menu.
  2. Select the PV plant to be viewed on the left and choose Power Normalization.
  3. On the current page, perform the following operations based on site requirements.
